In American music history, historical American injustice is impossible to disregard. In one of these aspects, a crate digger must confront the sways and turning points by which the demographics of artists to genres and audio-visual aesthetics migrate. But how would one formally determine that these injustices have occurred? Commercially? Has Nirvana marginalized Bad Brains and Gap Band with their transparent influence that has since garnered them more money than either band? Is it through means of notoriety? Has Eminem victimized Proof, because he has acquired more Grammys than his teacher ever did or ever will? By what means is it optimal for music listeners to appropriately call out the benefits of unjust power structures when it is observable?
